WHAT TO KNOW:
We have 75 seats in our Worship Center and 25 seats each in our Backstage Venue and the Community Center for each service. We are requesting for families to attend our Community Center this summer if you are attending with children under the age of 2 who cannot wear a mask.
We will not offer any childcare on Sundays.
We have first-come-first-served seating.
At this time, we will not be offering coffee or donuts during the services but we encourage you to bring your own coffee or water with you if you choose to attend in person. Our water fountain will not be in use.
The Hilton Head Island Town Council passed Ordinance 2020-14 on Monday, June 29, 2020, requiring individuals to wear face coverings in commercial business establishment. The SC Department of Health and Environmental Control and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advise the use of face coverings to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Our leadership has decided based on this ordinance, that masks will be required once entering any building on our HHICC Campus. We will have disposable masks available at Guest Services. You must keep your mask on at all times while inside any building on our HHICC Campus. Children who are wearing masks are welcome in our Live Venue in our Worship Center as we are not able to offer childcare at this time. We have an online venue in our Community Center for families with children who are not able to wear a mask or who have children under the age of 2.
Please maintain at least 6 feet between you and others at all times.
Doors will open 30 minutes before each service begins & we kindly ask that you exit the lobby area after each service so our staff and volunteers can disinfect before the next service.
As much as we want to "see" you & with the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in our community, we strongly encourage you to join us online on Sundays all summer. We will not be able to host at full capacity so we have taken steps to create an EVEN BETTER online experience for you.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending any event on our HHICC campus, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is not well, please refrain from any small or larger gatherings at HHICC or in homes with your church family.
We ask for your patience with us. This is not a path that we have been on before and we are learning as we go. Thank you for your understanding as we face the days ahead together!
Stay healthy and stay safe!
